[SOLVED][USB DRIVE PROBLEM] SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND [NO LOSS OF DATA]

So guys you tried to connect a external hard drive or a usb drive but it didn't worked and gave error like this?

well as you can see there is a shortcut of the drive which means theres a virus in the drive or probably a malware. but nothing to worry we can fix it without any loss of data

• step 1 - download an antivirus and anti malware. i suggest you downloading avg antivirus and malwarebytes as both are free 
• step 2 - scan your drive using both one after other and after each scan reboot your pc. you will see some malwares and virus found on the drive just delete / fix them (do not hit ignore) and reboot your pc
• step 3 - now you see the shortcut file is deleted and you have no clue to have access your files so just hit organize > folder and search options and you will see a window like this

 in the window click the center tab which says view and tick show hidden files, folder and drive and make sure you uncheck  HIDE PROTECTED OPERATING SYSTEM FILES

once thats done now in the drive you will see a folder with blank name and thats the folder where you will find all your files
