In todays world we have a great variety of smart phones all around. great brand great features and and great looks. phones such as android phones , ios devices, windows phone, blackberry phones and other.
these phones comes with a variety of different features and are very good phones but how long do we use a phone? after a particular timespan these phones are replaced by new ones and most of the things remain same . we change our phones just for small reasons like if we want a better camera we change entire phone . i know it sounds little crazy because there is no chance of changing individual part in our normal phones but phoneblocks have made it possible to do so.
so far we have been doing this in our pc's for example our processor gets old we just replace it with a new one instead of an entire pc. phoneblocks is still "AN IDEA" there is no prototype or physical device made yet to show us how it is but the concept is very possible and it can be a reality.
so phoneblocks is a concept where we have a common motherboard on top of which these blocks are attached like lego pieces and which are locked together by 2 screws at the bottom. the phones we use now have a lot of features but as yourself are we satisfied? the obvious answer is "NO" because there are lot of features among which "SOME WE NEED, SOME WE DONT NEED , AND SOME WHICH WE DONT EVEN KNOW". phoneblocks gives you total control of your phone. you can make a phone which you wanted according your own needs for example someone who is more into photography will remove things he doesn't wants and put a better camera or someone who is a music lover will remove unwanted things and replace them with a good quality speaker.
